Collection: Single Origin Coffee

Single origin means every bag comes from one country — often one washing station, sometimes one farm — rather than a mix of beans blended together to taste the same year-round. You get to taste the specific soil, altitude and processing method behind that particular coffee.

It isn't a marketing label here, it's simply how we roast. Every coffee in this collection is traceable back to the farm or washing station it came from, roasted to order in Worcestershire, and shipped within 36 hours of roasting — from Rwanda and Ethiopia to Peru, Jamaica and our small-batch Colombian Geishas.

Filter or espresso?

Most of these single origins are available in two roast profiles: filter roast, for V60, Chemex, Aeropress and batch brew, and espresso roast, for espresso machines and milk-based drinks. Pick whichever matches how you brew.
