Ethiopian coffees are some of my favourites, so I had high expectations for this lot. After a long delay, it finally arrived—and it absolutely delivered.
It’s an exceptionally clean and fruit-forward natural, with a delicate spiced note that adds complexity without overpowering the cup.
This is a coffee that really rewards dialling in — small adjustments to grind size and water temperature can significantly enhance clarity and sweetness.

This coffee comes from the Rumudamo station in Sidama, Ethiopia — a region known for producing some of the most distinctive high-altitude coffees in the world.
