A work of art! I was curious and eager to try El Refugio Gesha - Colombia by Square Bean Coffee. What a treat it is. The experience was like unveiling the work of a grandmaster: you are first hit by the scent of buttery notes, then the pleasure of grinding the beans, the wait while the drink brews, and finally drinking through the complex and delicate layers of fruitiness and sweetness that develop, rather than hit you, one by one. I shall definitely try other varieties from you. Thank you very much!
