Taste notes: Tangerine, lime, malty, spiced apple

Variety: Arabica Typica (screen size 17/18)

Roast profile:

Especially roasted for espresso machines. We use a longer roast time to reduce acidity and increase sweetness.

Shane Brown is the manager of the Penlyne estate. He is a highly-respected and honest farmer who won an award from the Jamaica Agriculture Commodities Regulatory Authority (JACRA) in the large farm category at the 2022 Jamaican Blue Mountain ® Coffee Festival. He also provides a lot of employment opportunities for his community.
