Sourced through Falcon Specialty, this natural-processed lot challenges everything you think you know about Robusta. Carefully selected and graded to Screen 15, it delivers a far more refined cup compared to typical commodity-grade Robusta.

In the cup, expect a bold and structured profile with notes of ripe stone fruits layered over deep baker’s chocolate. A subtle kick of black pepper adds complexity, while a gentle smokiness carries through the finish. The body is full and weighty, with a lingering intensity that makes it particularly well suited for espresso.

Scoring 80+ as a Fine Robusta, this coffee represents a growing movement toward higher-quality canephora—where careful processing and selection unlock character rather than just strength.
