PERU CAJAMARCA WASHED GREEN

Green (unroasted) washed Arabica from smallholder farms around Jaén in Peru's Cajamarca region, grown at 1,650-1,850 metres and scoring 84 points. Fully traceable back to source, with farmers paid on real cup scores.

Roasted, this lot produces green apple, hazelnut and milk chocolate. We roast it light-medium — a good starting point if you're roasting it yourself.

Sold unroasted for home and small-batch roasters. Store in a cool, dry place away from light — green coffee keeps well for up to 12 months.
