ETHIOPIA LALA SALAMA SPARKLING WATER DECAF GREEN

Green (unroasted) decaf from Dimtu Coffee Industry PLC in Ethiopia's Guji Zone, grown at 2,100-2,200 metres and scoring 82 SCA points. Decaffeinated using the sparkling water process — carbonated water and CO2 only, no chemical solvents — which preserves far more origin character than traditional decaf methods.

Roasted, this lot produces plum, pear and almond with a dark chocolate and cedarwood finish. A good starting point if you're roasting it yourself.

Sold unroasted for home and small-batch roasters. Store in a cool, dry place away from light — green coffee keeps well for up to 12 months.
